Easy setup
My grandson easily installed the system and it works well!

Works as should if directions followed exactly.
This camera works flawless. We use it wired, and have the doorbell of our home still ding. Plus it alerts my phone. The directions are a little complicated to get the settings exactly correct. The connectivity issues were fixed when I finally got the QR code the correct distance. Would recommend since there is no subscription fee.

The hardware is great, the software is flaky. I can't recommend the product at this time. If the software improves, I'll revise the review.

Don’t forget to buy a separate SD card if you want to record videos.
Had a ring doorbell for about 6 years that worked great until I had a lengthy power outage. After that it simply wouldn’t stay online. Tried everything. Ordered a ring to replace it. Never came. Order cancelled. Ordered a second ring. Again cancelled because they couldn’t get it delivered. What’s up with that Amazon?? Decided to try this Eufy. Came the next day as promised. However, it quickly became apparent that someone else had received it before me as there were a number of missing parts like the mounting plate. Somehow I had missed that you have to buy a separate SD card in order for it to record. (Discovered that as I had gone online for start up instructions since those were missing from the box as well.). Why in the world would it not just come with it? Packed it up and sent it back.
