It does even out skin tone, including redness. I don't have dark circles, so I can't be sure. I would say that it probably does. Since I'm in my 60s and my skin is beginning to thin, I use a concealer in some areas (for example, under my eyes) and then layer the Magic Minerals on over that. It works a treat. Hope this helps.
