Polymaker 3Dプリンター用木質調フィラメント PolyWood 1.75 mm

木調の質感が必要になりテストで購入。 印刷難度は通常PLAと特に差はありませんでした。(強いて言えば一層目の定着が普通より弱い。) ※追伸: ガラスベッド+若干の定着材使用。 質感は、この商品だけでなく木フィラメント全般に言われることですが「言われてみれば木調かな?」という感じです。 本物の木屑を用いずに発泡剤だけで"木フィラメントを再現"できているのは驚異的なのですが、フィラメントも造形物も非常にザラザラした表面となるので、一般的な真鍮0.4mmノズルでは早めに摩耗するかもしれません。 面白い素材なのですが価格も非常に高価なので★3つとします。

This filament is terrible to print with. It doesn't stick to anything, has to be printed extremely slow, has massive stringing issues, is brittle, and doesn't really feel like wood. The color is also kind of ugly and makes your parts look like they are made of MDF instead of actual wood. It is also over double the price of normal PLA. Avoid the headache and don't buy this filament.

Schwierig zu drucken. Auch beim Druck direkt aus dem Filamenttrockner gibt es immer wieder Fehlstellen. Starke Fadenbildung, auch bei angepassten Parametern. Unbedingt die Retraction auf hohe Werte setzen. Ich arbeite jetzt mit 4mm Retraction. Insgesamt enttäuschende Ergebnisse.

The flow and bed adhesion is the worst, I have been printing for about 7 years now. When you move this material through your fingers you can feel the roughness and brittleness of the product. Now I am not saying all the products are bad from this maker; but, wow this specific product is bad.

The texture of this filament is perfect. It prints easy, I didn't even have to modify any settings beyond checking temps etc. The colour however looks like MDF board, the colour does not look like any real wood I've ever seen. I think a big improvement could be made if they picked an actual wood to try to imitate. An even better option would be to mix two sightly darker and lighter colours so the print layers create a wood grain look.

I print for well over 8 years now ... Had wood filament in the past, I use a filament dryer ... This is unprintable if the part is not solid or you print multiple parts at the same time.
