Excellent quality, true Ceylon cinnamon
I am very impressed with the quality of this Ceylon cinnamon. It has a wonderful, authentic aroma and a perfectly balanced flavor profile. It mixes well into my recipes and you can really tell the difference in quality compared to standard store-bought cinnamon. Super satisfied with this Amazon purchase and will definitely buy again!

Much better than Cassia
I pour hot water on these and drink them. They taste much better than the Cassia ones, and are much healthier for drinking than Cassia.

Appears to be real Ceylon cinnamon as promised
Ceylon cinnamon is generally thinner rolls with more layers, with a weaker aroma and taste, but also a somewhat different flavor. More importantly it has dramatically lower levels of coumarin, so is safer to eat in larger quantities. I've tried a few brands of Ceylon cinnamon and so far, this has been the freshest with the strongest odor/flavor (though still less than Cassia, of course).

High quality and fragrant. Good seal on the packaging. Sticks seem fresh. They are easy to break, grind, and incorporate into recipes, and steeping whole sticks provides significant flavor.
