I really feel like it helps with my pain level. Easy to turn on, screen is easy to read and has an auto-off. The Velcro keeps it stable and doesn’t get too hot despite how many lights the band has.

Great for endometriosis
If you have endometriosis this is exactly what you need to feel better. Even though my doctors have been skeptical about the use of red light therapy I firmly believe it works. I have been using it 4 times a week for 20-25 minutes and my exams show no new lesions or endometriomas. When I have a flare it really helps me to reduce the inflammation. I really recommend it.

Needed help and none given/Allolo helped out
Stopped working need to move cord to keep on no longer does infrared. Bought July 6 2025 Insurance said to go through manufacturer. I love the product, but need one that works. Stored carefully when not in use. Need replacement They sent a cord and it worked for a week or two. Can’t get help from Assurion cause file open or something. Bummed about the whole process. No help no return no warranty that I paid for sad Company is now sending a replacement. They were helpful in trying to trouble shoot and came to the conclusion a new unit was needed. Customer service did respond. Really good, having been missing treatment on my knee.
