the fire is is very good . no issues with it .just check double check which one you order , dont rely on the picture .

Flavel Natural Gas Fire - Misermatic Outset - Wood-Cased - Mahogany
I bought this as a replacement for an almost identical fire and it works perfectly - the heat output far exceeds my expectations and my only complaint is that the picture they use is NOT that of a mahogany cabinet - in real life the cabinet is black wood-grain.It was well packaged and delivered only two days after I'd placed the order.

Easy to operate gas fire
Great looking fire excellent heat from it. Very dark in colour nearly black but no problems. Easy to operate as well.
