I LOVE THIS product!! I first tried it and then bought 3 more jars for gifts. It has a back of the tongue slight heat that doesn’t mask the food that it’s with. I add it to my soups, I’ve put it in a light marinade for my shrimp with garlic and lime. It adds a beautiful color and acidity to almost anything. It’s great with pork tenderloin.

This wonderful chili sauce if packed with flavor. It's not lip-burning hot, but has enough heat to let you know it has chili peppers. Other ingredients are sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, salt, citric acid, ascorbic acid (vitamin C). The disclaimer says it contains sulfites, as do many products to maintain freshness. It's also made in a factory that manufactures soy, tree nuts, wheat, eggs, mollusks, crustaceans. This may be a problem for some. I personally love that it's low-fodmap. in the amount that I use it, 1-2 tablespoons. It has no onions or garlic, yet tastes fantastic. Love it!!
