Q: Can I return if my dog doesn't like?

I think so. Check on product information. My dog's favorite! A lot of chicken and he chews the stick right up, unlike some others.

Q: Are these a good source of collagen?

Unfortunately they are not! We do have a product that has collagen in it called Love Cubes under the brand Love Treats. Check out the profile and ingredients here https://www.renasrecipe.com/love-treats they are sold out at the moment so you can’t find them in Amazon but we should have more in a few weeks. And you should be able to see them then!
