What is the paper weight of this planner?

Thicker than most. High quality paper so high quality pen is a delight. Ajoto pen is my favorite. Don’t forget to check out the Hyatt journal in detail. Three pages for each day with 8 thought provoking questions for each day. Or you could just write what comes to mind. Julia Cameron’s book The Artists Way suggests writing 3 pages a day fir clarity, insights and creativity.

What are the hours that are pre-printed on the daily pages? the listing shows 6am start, but the review pics show 8am start.

For the 2019 version of the Full Focus Planner that I am using, the printed hours on the Daily Pages are from 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM. There is an hour block space above 6:00 AM (which I use as 5:00 AM, when I often begin my day). There is also an hour block space below the 8:00 PM line, which I adapt as needed for my evening.

How do I access the videos that are supposed to be offered as a supplement to the planner? The packaging with the amazon purchase did not include that
