Fill the large bowl with eggs, water and oil with a whisk. Add a baking mix and mix well. Add vinegar and stir until it melts. Pour butter into 12 lightly oiled muffin cups and fill 1/2 each Bake for 25 minutes. Finally bake for a few minutes to turn the top brown if necessary. Loaf Egg Water Oil Vinegar 3 1/4 Cup 2 Tbsp 2 8.5" x 4.5" Loaf Oven up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Fill the large bowl with eggs, water and oil with a whisk. Add a baking mix and mix well. Add vinegar and stir until it melts. Spoon the dough into the oiled pan Bake for an hour or until the edge of the pan is pulled away from the pan. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
