Q: does this contain lactobacillus? If so, how much? That's what I'm looking for.

The label on the bottle says that it contains a proprietary blend of 10 billion CFU of lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus planetarium, lactobacillus reuters, lactobacillus rhamnosus and lactobacillus salivarius. (Other ingredients listed are vegetable cellulose, water, l-leucine and silicon dioxide.)

Q: Your ingredients say lactobacillus rhamnosus but is it GR-1? That is the strain that is supposed to help the most.
