ナイフで切っていた頃とは香りも口溶けも完全に別物でした。ハンドルをくるくる回すだけで花びらのようにふわっと削れて、そのまま口に入れると舌の上でじんわり溶けていきます。 削るのが単純に楽しいので、来客時に出すとみんな自分でやりたがります。盛り付けるだけでテーブルが一気に華やかになるのも良いところ。 注意点として、400g以上のホールサイズでないとうまく刺さりません。200gの半月カットには使えないので、購入前に確認を。
