This is by far the best book that I’ve read about Targeted Individuals, Dr Duncan really knows a lot how the program works. He explained it really well how it works too, and I can relate to what he has written. I love all the advises. I recommend this book to all Cyber Torture victim / Targeted Individuals. 5 STARS ⭐️

This book rates a 5 on the info presented about the subject and to raise awareness. However, a workable SOLUTION to DEFEAT the RF attacking you and me is NOT given by the author. I implore the author to add solutions to their books. I’ve been microchipped and targeted since 2009 by the FBI, Homeland Security, and believe it or not, my local Sheriff’s department, unified and in league with the Feds, because I bought 5 survival books – no kidding. They need to justify their paychecks and create business where there is none. I’ve learned a few things, namely, how to stop the RF, subliminals, and voices to skull. It’s simple. You need to protect the space they target – your brain and the EEG’s they are stealing from you and me through their radar heterodyning. Think small area and not large areas, like protecting your head, instead of lining your entire living space with metal or silver paint. It’s faster, easier, and cheaper. Your SOLUTION: Make a Faraday Cage around your bed with steel or lead or copper sheets or tape, as they like targeting people as they sleep; line a hat with steel or copper adhesive tape to block RF in and EEG’s out. You can buy the steel and copper adhesive tapes on Amazon from Kraftex and TapeCase, and no, I’m not affiliated with either, I just know it works because this is what I do. I wear baseball hats, which blocks most, but not all, of the RF’s in, therefore, most of the EEG’s out. A valuable resource for anyone wondering why they are stalked, harassed regularly, and targeted.

I should give this a five star, but did not because I do not like the title. This is not about demons! This is about advanced technologies used against citizens of the U.S. and apparently the world. For the uninitiated this whole thing is unbelievable. But this book is written by an engineer who helped develop some of this technology so this is confirmation that this stuff does exist. The author presents it in a question and answer format. He asks a question and then answers it. This makes for a easy read. Also Mr. Duncan is not a targeted individual and so is not going on and on about how he is suffering. But he is right on with what is happening. I am a targeted individual (TI) so I am qualified to say this book offers no remedies, but describes what is happening to people. I strongly recommend this book. There are no demons though.

I thought was a good understanding of whats occurring. I did not know about until it happened to me. I wrote the fbi to resolve the issue only to be ignored. this was what i wrote: I have been harassed by something called targeted individual. Some of the symptoms that have occurred are temporary loss of hearing while being harassed at work and at home (similar to bone conductivity). This has occurred for a number of years at my job at Brinks (I have worked their for circa 11 years) and while I was in school at Berkley College. This has occurred while crimes have occurred at my job.This is my putting my life at risk as well as others. From what I understand this is illegal and banned in Richmond and Berkley Ca. From the Patents I have read about and the laws created surrounding this issue suggests that this is a real issue. My job is dangerous enough, I want this to stop, I did or do not give consent to this. Who do I talk to to enforce the laws created to protect people from this issue. You may see the same letter,which means that i have not heard from any one to resolve the issue. They do not create laws for things that do not exist. From what I also understand their is an ongoing lawsuit about this issue with the A.C.L.U.From what I understand this can be detected with a E.E.G. or E.K.G. scan. Too bad they killed this guy! I highly recommend his other book soul catcher before they remove it completely...very eye opening with many more details!

It is a very practical guide for the targeted individuals written in simple language that anybody can understand.Very practical advice for the ti's.Everybody should have it to understand what decision one should make ones targeted by highly advanced covert technologies.

Dr Robert Duncan was a brilliant man and his death is a great loss because he worked on technology that he then realized needed to be policed in the way that Musk and some others do not appreciate. Voice to skull technology and gangstalking are a real and present danger to ordinary civilians who may think that they fall out side of the interests of people who wield such technology and resources. I have also purchased Dr Robert Duncan's book called Project Soulcatcher and I made sure that I got it in hard copy because I simply do not believe that his work will be allowed to exist in future and so I believe that any files containing his work will either be corrupted or there will be a large push to discredit his work unfairly.
