By far the best pastry/cooking book I have bought. The recipes are amazing, really love the book

Very professional baking recipes that you see in fancy pastry shops that outline precise visual steps to doing these in the comforts of your own home. Its a big book but well worth the price. All recipes so far have been delicious. Bought this as a gift to my daughter as well who wants to open her own B & B one day! Got rid of all my other baking books cause this book has it all!
