4KOR トリガーポイントセラピー用マッサージボール - 筋膜リリースボール - 背中、首、肩、足の痛みを緩和 - 可動性のためのフィットネスマッサージボール - 深部組織リリースボール

A lot of therapy balls and massage balls that I’ve used are far too soft. These are really hard. They’re perfect for me as I want to go into deep tissue rather than just massage at the surface. Really good for things like piriformis syndrome. Expensive but worth it.

As someone who’s heavily involved in fitness and has often dealt with muscle soreness and tension, I’ve been on the hunt for a quality product that can help me recover and relax. The 4KOR Massage Balls have proven to be exactly what I was looking for. First off, the construction of these massage balls is top-notch. They are robust, durable, and are designed to withstand heavy use. The texture on the balls is just right - not too soft to be ineffective, yet not too hard to cause discomfort. It's a delicate balance that 4KOR has perfected. In terms of their effectiveness, they truly deliver. These balls have worked wonders on my tight muscles, providing deep tissue myofascial release that I previously thought only a professional massage could achieve. The relief I’ve experienced has been profound - whether it's my back, neck, shoulders, or legs, the 4KOR Massage Balls have tackled every knot and tension hotspot with ease. What I also appreciate is their versatility. They're not just for post-workout recovery. I've also used them to unwind after long workdays or to alleviate physical stress. The fact that I can target specific muscles and apply the pressure that suits me is a big plus. Their size is another advantage. They are compact enough to take with me wherever I go. Whether I’m traveling or going to the gym, I can pack them in my bag without them taking up too much space. As someone who's tried various physical therapy tools, the 4KOR Massage Balls stand out for their quality, effectiveness, and versatility. They provide an affordable and convenient solution for muscle relief that truly works. If you’re someone dealing with muscle soreness or just looking to add an effective recovery tool to your fitness regimen, I cannot recommend the 4KOR Massage Balls enough. They have genuinely been a game-changer in my wellness journey, and I believe they have the potential to be the same for you.

These work really well. To get the best result for myofascial issues, you need some anatomical knowledge. Study myofascial chains and muscle connections and learn where you need to work on rather than just the site of pain. I have been using the massage balls a lot for almost all conditions you can think of, for example, wrist pain, elbow pain, neck pain, lower back pain, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, and etc. I know where the issues are from, and work on the areas that caused the pain, and these balls work really great. Good firmness, size, and they are very sturdy.

If you have back pain, or muscle tightness anywhere, do not hesitate. Worth every penny. Super firm and actually works as a deep tissue massage.

Excellent product. I was using smaller balls sized for your feet for the meralgia paresthetica hip pain I have and they were just not cutting it. I skeptically bought these, thinking a large ball would be better. I was annoyed at the price. I thought it was a little high, but it was for three balls. These are amazing - two of them have tread to break up that tissue and dig into the muscle. I run the ball over my hips against a wall until the areas that burn dissipate. Amazing results. I could lie on them and let the ball dig into my hip, but I haven't tried that yet. I do the wall rolling everyday and have noticed relief. The balls are great quality and perfectly sized for your hips and thighs against a wall. Much better than trying a tennis ball. These balls are harder than a tennis ball, so they really break up that stiff fascia tissue and muscles. I'm pleasantly surprised and so glad I bought them.
