This pillow surprised me in the best way. It came with a carrying case and an extra bag of filler, but I didn’t need to touch it. The shape is exactly what I wanted, with a gentle curve and a neck cutout that actually lines up the way it should. It’s queen size, soft but supportive, and I just melted right into it. I have been looking for a pillow for a long time and bought many. Finally! This pillow is really comfy. I love the shape. Comes with extra fill if needed. I'm sleeping so much better.

HORRIBLE customer service. Trying to understand the pamphlet included with the pillow is laughable. Simple question of how to add the compressed filling to the pillow without it being lopsided or lumpy after them stating to contact them to ‘fine tune’ could not be answered. The pillow is extremely soft, no support, and has gotten even flatter after a week of use.

Not as firm as I prefer even added extra foam that came with it. Basically it is just foam pieces cut in to chunks.
