These lapel pins have seemed very good and useful for an activity. The “Leadership” design is clear and sends a positive message, ideal for group dynamics where leadership is being encouraged. The clasp holds well, so they do not fall off easily. Attractive pins that seemed nice and sturdy, but about a third of them didn't have secure backs - the tiny rod over which the backing fit didn't have notches or the backing simply slid off. Several students already lost their pins because the backs fell off.
