Very Comfortable

I have two of these now and they are great for my Kumite in Karate. The pouch for the cup makes it comfortable and doesn’t move at all.

Great for MMA

I am an MMA fighter and very pro active about wearing a cup. I wear a cup every time I spar and obviously in every fight. I use a diamond MMA cup instead of the cheap shock doctor cup and it fits/holds great. These cup holder boxers are fantastic. Super comfortable and don’t move around. They are also very durable. Most jock straps squeeze the butt cheeks so tight it looks weird in compression shorts and also not comfortable but with these shorts you don’t have the cheek straps and they still hold the cup tight. I am able to wrestle, kick, and move around freely without compromise.

This shorts and jock are great. cup fits well, pocket/holder in shorts is great and material is nice. I agree with several other that they fits small. I'm 36-38 and orders that and could have for sure got one more size up. The material is stretchy so if you order your size and it fits small it is elastic. order a size up.
