It's light and easy to wash
Happy with it โบ๏ธ. Aluminium stand perfectly fits in my prestige 5lit cooker. Idlies take about 7 min. Used it twice. Perfect idlies each time.

Good but poor chrome plating
Be sure to follow the manufacturers guidelines and don't put it in the dishwasher. It's made of low quality stainless steel with a polished chrome plating. The plating wears away with dishwasher detergent. But I don't mind that it looks old and unpolished now. It still does it's job.

This idli maker works, but it's HUGE. Make sure you measure your pots carefully before buying โ it barely fits in mine. Also, cleaning it is a real chore. Good idlis, but definitely not convenient.
