This bunk bed was very easy to assemble and came with all the materials needed for setup. The instructions were clear and simple to follow, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Everything fit perfectly together, and the bed feels very sturdy and comfortable once assembled. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and design. Highly recommended!

We assembled the bed immediately after we received it. It definitely requires two people to assemble it. (And a favorite Playlist going..😅) It took about 4 hours for us to complete it but that may be because we have old tired bodies and we talk a lot lol It seems sturdy so far. The only thing I’m dissatisfied with is the ladder. There are four holes to attach it to the bed, but one has a huge chunk of melted metal stuck inside the threads. No way can anything screw into that (see picture), so it’s currently fixed with only three bolts. We aren't worried about it right now—frankly, after all that assembly, this thing is going to stay put and we aren't going to mess with it. I climbed up to test it, and I didn't feel the least bit insecure with its stability. ​But TBH, if that chunk had been in a structural support piece instead of the ladder, we’d have a huge, messy pile of parts and a useless bed. I’d have absolutely no clue what to do after that, lol Overall, we’re happy with it. It doesn’t squeak or smell, and it did prompt us to dance around imitating Mickey Mouse when we found the pair of fancy white gloves in the box 😆. We tried using them during assembly, but they made it impossible to grip the tools or hardware—lots of fumbling and grumbling until we finally tossed them aside. Takes 2 people to assemble. Very well made. Instructions are great, but pay attention to details. They matter. We found best success by hand tightening screws first before final tighten. Everything aligns well.

The Twin XL bunk bed is perfect for my tall teenage sons as it's 4" longer than their previous twin bunk bed. One boy is already 6’2” and can stretch out completely. The frame is very sturdy. The black color looks more like a dark grey as it has a nice matte finish. The ladder is quiet and sturdy. The rungs on the ladder are a bit uncomfortable, so I will be adding ladder pads for an additional $17. Those pads might need to be replaced annually as they're only taped on. I will also place the ladder pad foam to the middle supporting leg to protect from future toe bumps. I will be using twin XL mattresses with only an 8" thickness to make sure no tall person is hitting their heads on anything when sitting up. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Terrible bed. Waste of money, you can’t return because the cost to return is more than it is even worth. The ladder is so thin that it hurts the bottoms of feet when you climb or get down. The entire bed shakes with every movement. I did not feel safe allowing my kids to use this bed.

Do not go by the size shown in the image. External size shown is 77.7'' by 41.7'' and internal size is 75.2 by 39.4 But the bed received was external 75.4'' by 38.5'' , not twin over twin. Waste of money. I had also purchased 2 mattresses 75'' by 39'' which is not fitting. Huge loss for me.
