This is a superb Cocoa, major difference in flavor. Accepts nothing else. That might be a little pricey, but it's well worth the cost

Excellent product. Have used others that have gone off the market, but this is superb! Both texture and flavor.

Looked pricey, but integral to a certain recipe. Later, after I was compelled to make cups of hot cocoa for my guests and me, the rich flavor of this cocoa assured me that I hadn't overpaid the quality; this is worth the money. I probably won't get any other.

This is really good stuff. Because it is real Cacal, you need a lot less to make a cup of hot chocolate. With regular cocoa, I need 1-2 tablespoons to make rich hot chocolate. With tis Guittard Cocoa powder, I only need one teaspoon for smooth, dark rich enjoyable cup of hot chocolate. I am never going back to regular cocoa sold at the grocery store.

You may love this to make a hot chocolate drink. I put two tablespoons in one mug full of whole milk plus two packets of stevia and a little manuka honey. I just heated it all in a saucepan and the cocoa powder blended right in making a very smooth hot chocolate. The brownies I made came out well too and were a rich chocolaty flavor. I've tried a lot of cocoa powders in my lifetime and this is one of the best. I immediately told everyone about it who I think deserves to know! So don't keep this a secret! OK just tell a few people and save some for me! As I'm writing this it is hot chocolate day! You may also love this to make an incredible mocha! Really happy with the cocoa itself, but it is really overpriced, and also came completely busted open and poured out inside the paper Amazon bag. Amazon did refund my money, so I'm thankful for that.

Ok can I say this is delicious!! Have only made hot chocolate with it so far but it blends so well in milk. It’s creamy and oh so chocolaty!!

*Follow-up: I spoke and emailed with Guittard and they were able to confirm that the product I received was authentic— it didn’t taste as good as the previous batch so quality control will be looking into it. I recommend anyone having quality issues with the product to contact the company directly. They do not sell directly on Amazon so any Guittard products on the site will be via 3rd party sellers. See above —-this was a previous review and since I wrote it I’ve learned the inconsistency is not due fraud **The first order I received of this product was wonderful, the second was not the same quality and there were subtle differences to the packaging. I recommend ordering directly from the Guittard site instead of Amazon- besides being less expensive (as of now, it’s $9.99 on the Guittard site), you will be receiving an authenticated product. I am not changing my star rating because I don’t want to damage the brand (I don’t believe it’s their fault) but *[Amazon fraud squad needs to look into this. )Third party sellers need to have their products vetted more thoroughly.] *The flavor and aroma are exquisite. It is such a fine powder that it dissolves smoothly. Absolute perfection!

Made really nice brownies out of this cocoa powder. You can really tell the difference when you use a high quality cocoa powder like this one.
