Yes. After you color with them and then use water on your paintbrush to paint onto fabric, you heat set with an iron after the paint dries. Yes, these do blend well. They are highly pigmented, creamy watercolor crayons that can be used to intensify standard artist watercolors, used alone, or used wet or dry. I previously bought a more inexpensive brand of watercolor crayons and gave them away after I was introduced to the Neocolor !!. In my opinion, they are the best of their kind and are well worth the money.
