Best purchase ever 😂. Many upgrades later and still a beast .will buy more for sure .been into rc since I was a kid so yeah this thing is decent out of the box for an adult too

Very cool RC truck durable and fast

Out of the box it was fine but battery life was short and car stopped running at full speed. Called Traxxas multiple times to troubleshoot with no luck. Initiated return / exchange but it only allows you to send back to Traxxas for repair. Customer service was good but TBD on post repair.

I purchased 2 cars, different colors. One had a lot of difficulty linking up w the controller. One had significantly less run time. One was not as responsive. Within 5 days after I received it I requested a refund from Amazon. Amazon approved the return. I sent it immediately. After I returned it Traxxas charged me a nearly $50 restocking fee. Traxxas says if you took it out of the box we charge a restocking fee. How would anyone know the product is not living up to expectations unless you take it out of the box? My expectation was the same two cars purchased the same day perform the same. They did not. One car performs as expected. The second car had problems from the first time I used it. I’ve been an Amazon Prime customer for decades. I have never once even heard of a restocking fee. I can buy anything from any vendor except Traxxas knowing Amazon cares about my 100% customer satisfaction. Traxxas needs to wake up. Everything you sell is not immune from defects. There is a lot of competition in the radio controlled car market. I’ve seen the You Tube videos for Traxxas products. They are not all happy customers. Despite the restocking fee on the defective car I returned I am very happy w the car I kept.
