The device is functioning as it should ie auto shut/start. The best aspect is that no manpower is required to operate it and saving of precious water. Incase you need to fill the tank manually there’s a manual override switch. Now the concern lies in its durability. Quality is good. Hope it serves me for atleast two years.

Just after 3 months of usage the device automatically stopped working. No support from customer service. Very bad product. Do not buy it by any means.

Imagine screaming "Mommy turn on the motor", while you are in the bath or toilet. Well I was in a similar situation which led me to buy this controller. Since it has a float sensor I feel this will last longer. Been using for 4 months & works perfectly. Installation was simple, very detailed instructions are provided alongwith the product. I feel everyone should buy this product to prevent situations where you are out of water & reduce water wastage when tank is overflowing. No worry with this thing.
