i’ve been chewing Nero down probably since February 2026. I enjoy this as this is a way for me to get my caffeine in for the day. I intermittent fast 18 hours a day and I don’t drink coffee at all. I don’t eat breakfast or lunch and then I do fasted workouts with cardio in the afternoon. I use Neuro gum to help me get through the day with one piece in the morning and one piece in the afternoon I personally think it helps me with a little energy boost, as well as keeping me focused while I try to work and do my job. I also think the flavors are good. The variety pack has three flavors however I wish they’d have other variety packs that include either the watermelon or the cinnamon flavor in them on Amazon.

I ordered these back in the beginning of May. I've tried them out, and I wanted to give my honest review. I'm a new truck driver trying to build my tolerance for the road. I can't do energy drinks cause I crash real hard before the hour is done and it makes me pee a LOT, haha! So I looked around, found these, and wanted to try them. Heard the tiktok videos, YouTube ads, etc, so I figured why not? These, unfortunately, do not work for me. I get energy for MAYBE an hour, and still end up crashing pretty hard. Eating another piece of gum doesn't help to perk me back up at all. Plus, the taste is pretty bad, and I think THAT wakes me up more than anything else 🤣 if it works for you, cool! It just doesn't work for me.

I heard a lot of good things about this gum but honestly I don’t notice a difference when I chew it. It kind of has a weird taste too which was expected. The peppermint is the best in my opinion. I chew it when I have to clean the house or do un wanted grocery shopping and I guess it works but everyone said it was crazy how well it works and I haven’t really noticed that lol. Maybe it’s because I drink a lot of espresso? So the 40mg of caffeine doesn’t do much for me? My mom tried and she said it helped her get through the work day so I guess it just depends on the person but I’m still using it! 👍
