My daughter loves these. They have the split sole on the bottom and we’re flexible from the start.

Love this shoe for my weight lifting! They are so light weight and support my ankles so good. They help to make movement very easy and almost feels like they grip to the floor to help support over all movement. Also they look great! Definitely size up at least 1-2 sizes…they run small. But remember they should fit snug! Love these shoes!’
