研ぎ易く切れ味の悪い包丁が抜群の切れ味になりました。

理科実験を多く、使用したメスの再利用目的で砥石での研磨をしていました。しかし砥石だと技術がいるため大変だったので、包丁用ハサミ用のこの商品を買いました。きちんと研磨でしました。

吸盤が付いているので安定して刃物を研げるかと思いきや、パかっと外れてしまうことがあるので 注意が必要。切れ味は少しは良くなると感じる。キッチンバサミも研げるが、切れ味がよくなったか よくわからない。

5回程度の研磨で切れ味鋭くなりました。お陰でトマトやピーマンにストレス感じなくなりました。

安い割にはよく切れるようになります。 ハサミを研ぐのは、角度合わせが難しく、コツが必要のようです。

包丁も鋏も研げてるにが良いと思って購入しました。ちょっと研いだだけですごく切れ味が良くなります。しまうのに小さくて邪魔にならず出しておいてもおしゃれなデザインもだと思います。
