Read my assembly instructions
I screwed up and mixed up N scale and HO scale. It’s much much smaller than the other review pictures make it look. I bought it for my son and his match box cars, it is very detailed and looks cool. His matchbox fire truck ladder reaches perfectly to the third floor. There are no instructions Other than the floors are numbered, but it snaps together very easily. I broke the top part because I tried to do it last. I would recommend assembling as follows... identify the roof, snap the walls of the roof shack into the roof (5 total) snap the small roof into the shack walls & set aside. Using the 1 large wall and 1 smaller wall that have the least amount of damage, start snapping floors into the corner, start with the 2nd floor and work up saving the ground floor for later. Once the floors are installed, snap the roof into place. Now snap on the 2 remaining walls. Next the entire assembly is ready to click into the base, being careful not to put to much force on it or it will break the tabs / or other parts.

Perfect size for what I needed
I do toy photography and always looking for props and diorama pieces. When dealing with Kaiju figures it's hard finding good scaled buildings. This piece is perfect for my Hiya Godzilla. Very easy to assemble, but instructions would have been nice. Once I get a little paint on it to weather it down it will be even better.

No instruction attached.
Its a good scale model for the 6 inches kaiju toys my kids have. My son likes it. Downside, didn’t come with instructions and the item is fragile, you have to be extra careful not to break the pieces. I broke one attachment and a part of the broken window. Otherwise, it’s pretty ok

Just what I was looking for
I wanted some damaged buildings to create a kaiju (Godzilla, Ultraman) city battle diorama. This was the first building I purchased to get started. Pros: Pretty simple to assemble. It took me about 30 minutes (see Cons). The plastic is a bit softer - which makes construction a little easier. The overall size is 3 1/4" W x 6 1/2" H x 2 1/4" D. Cons: There are NO instructions! You pretty much have to figure out how to assemble the building yourself. I would suggest starting with the base (labeled #1) and working on connecting the front, back and sides of the building. Once you figure that out, take off the sides and insert the individual floors. The floors area numbered - the lowest floor = the lowest floor #. Once the floors are in, put the sides of the building on and connect the roof. Lastly, work on the rooftop. Also, be careful! Though the plastic is a bit flexible, the plastic tabs to connect the pieces are very small and can easily be broken if you're pressing too hard. Take your time! Overall I'm happy and can't wait to get another.

These look a bit odd before you build them but are good quality when assembled
When the package first arrived, I was surprised to find it was all flat panels in an envelope instead of an injection molded kit on sprues. The parts were numbered where everything made sense where to go. The building looks great with 1/144 and even some 1/100 robot models and is a superior product to the Bandai 30 Minute Missions city display base as it is twice as tall and contains more detail in the destroyed sections of the building. I will be getting more of these in the future for sale model diorama projects.

Better than nothing?
The materials are pretty good quality, there’s very few print lines, but it’s a bit smaller than I expected. Not terrible and will definitely do, but kind of expected something bigger than this. Pictured next to 40K Orks. Also could use some instructions, took a second to figure out the flat packing

Why buy your shrimp a house, when you can buy them a condo?
It was perfect for my Fallout themed shrimp tank. No instructions, but it was easy enough to figure out.

Great except it's missing a piece...
The model is good for the price. It didn't come with any instructions so you'll have to look at the picture to figure out how to put the walls from there in just out the floor on numerical order, also once you know how it's assembled, glue everything, a small drop and everything will fall apart. So I'd given it 4 stars due to the lack of instruction but... Well, it's missing a piece, on the top the door cut of the roof exit is nowhere in the bag, I am getting a replacement from Amazon there I'll take the piece in missing and return the rest but that alone is enough to drop the whole model to one star. Missing piece is the cardinal sin of model kits. Nothing is more frustrating than starting to out a model together just to get to the end and realize you can't finish your project for that afternoon. So one star it is even after the replacement.
