Nice set, but plastic bannetons aren't for me. Sourdough sticks.
Not a fan of plastic bannetons. Very sticky. Nice set, accessories were nice. And they look nice, but sourdough sticks!

I ended up throwing the baskets away and just using the cloth. Plastic is very toxic

Baskets are good, but my kit only had the handle to the blade and not the actual blade
