今まで使ってた第三世代がバッテリー持ちが怪しくなってきたので第五世代を待つか第四世代にするかずっと悩んでいました。 でもやっぱりバッテリーもただ不安を抱えて使い続けるよりも買い替えを決断しました。 結果は替えて大正解でした。ちょうど価格もセールで下がっていたので少しばかりお得に買えました。 なんといってもバッテリー持ちがいい。個体差はあると思いますが私の場合はGPSオン、spo2常時オン、その他使える機能はほとんど有効にしていますが100％から20％になるまで8日待ちました。今までは持って3日だったのでそれだけでも良かったのですがデザインが変わったことによりつけていても違和感を感じません。 サイズ的にはほぼ変わっていないと思いますが内側のセンサーの突起がなくなったのとリング自体の形が真円のみになったので中指にも違和感は出ていません。つけている指は左手人差し指です。気をつける点と言えばもしもいま第三世代を持っていて買い換える時にそのままのサイズで移行したくなりますがセンサーの突起がなくなった分やはり少しだけ緩めです。私は元々最初買った時よりも指が太くなっていたので第三世代が結構きつめだったのでそのままのサイズでジャストでした。 不安がある時はやはりサイズテスターを買って合わせた方がいいと思います。 最近はいろんなメーカーから指輪タイプのデバイスが出ていますが、Oura Ringは今までの積み重ねがあるのでアプリもとても見やすいしわかりやすいと思います。欠点はそのアプリがサブスクでないとほとんどの機能を使うことができない事ですがそれを補っても満足はしています。 長々とわかりづらいレビューになってしまいましたが少なくとも買った後悔はしないと思います。

購入して8ヶ月で故障。電池は一日もたず、また充電器に一瞬(2秒ほど)oura ringを置いただけで電池が40%から80%になる。そして充電器に置かないとiPhoneと接続されない。接続されないからoura ringの探すモードも使えない、睡眠データも滅多にとれない。ただの高い飾りです。こんか高いの買わなきゃよかった！oura ringが機能していないのに、1年間のサブスク代も最初に払ってしまったからもったいない！！

Size is accurate. However it's thicker than I imagined. Battery life is good, recharge ~5 days.

事前にサイズキットを購入して１，２日候補となる指でつけて生活することはマストです。 Ouraリングそのものはデータが好きな人間にとって最高のツールです。 結構厚みもありますが、日常生活で邪魔に感じることはほとんどなく日常の一部になっています。

見た目はゴツめなリング 軽いしジムでトレーニングする際も邪魔にはならない ただアクティビティの感知が弱めで、筋トレは手動で計測開始した方が無難 スマートウォッチと同時に着用すると、1日の消費カロリーが300kcalほど多く出ることがある。

Je suis une personne anxieuse de base, et il m'arrive souvent d'avoir des périodes où je me sens à bout de nerf. J'ai acheté cette bague pour le suivi quotidien du "'stress" mais également du sommeil. Je trouve ça très intéressant, de constater que parfois, même si je pense me reposer, mon corps se trouve dans un état de stress. Ça me permet de prendre conscience de certaines habitudes de vie qui méritent d'être prise en compte. Le suivi de sommeil est très précis également, je l'utilise au quotidien ! Je trouve que c'est un outil "Santé bien être" qui n'est pas indispensable, mais qui peut être très utile ! Je suis satisfaite de mon achat, vraiment. Il y a juste pour le suivi quotidien des pas par exemple, étant donné que c'est une bague, ce n'est pas précis. J'ai parfois une différence allant jusque 6000 pas par jour. Mais les donnés plus sportives, j'utilise alors ma montre. Chacun son Job 😋

Was a comfortable , stylish ring and good health tracker but died after just over a year. Battery life deteriorated to 2 days but reported fully charged after 5-10mins on dock, and now it won't charge at all. Too expensive to replace annually on top of membership fee. I used the AI chatbot on the app, took only a few minutes of simple testing to prove it had failed and they instantly ordered a replacement free-of-charge (with a spare USB dock to boot), which arrived in 4 days. Amazing service!

I bought in Apr-25 (with Salama 1yr extra warranty). I have been using this ring a everyday and never give me issues. However, these last couple of day, it started to lose connection when i am outside, and battery seems to be very quick charge. Contacted the support thru app, and got replacement in mere minutes. Very good after service. Ring itself is very good at tracking sleep, stress level, and help me plan my day. The heart rate is same as my sport band type hrm. The app is very good, able to sync with strava, google health. If any suggestion i would make, is for Oura to allow the notes for daily supplements to carry over. I have supplements around same time, everyday. I would recommend the ring for the after service, apps - and that it comes in a ring package, so i can wear my watches without feeling dumb :)

10/10! I love this ring! I have been wearing this ring for months now! The app is incredibly user friendly and very easy to navigate. It’s approx $9 a month for the service but the amount of data collected is worth it in my opinion. My ring has scratched a bit but it’s to be expected with an almost mirror finish on the polished silver one. BE SURE TO BUY THE SIZING KIT! Wear the sizing rings for at least 24 hours to get a feel for the right size. I originally believed i would be a size 9 as i wanted to wear it on my middle finger. After 24 hours I could tell the 9 would be much too tight with regular movements and swelling of hands. the 10 fits great and it looks so pretty with a stacking ring on top of it!
