If you've been on the fence about trying CO2 in your aquarium, this is a cheap and easy way to get started. Setup was quick and it started working right away. It comes with everything you need: the CO2 system itself, tubing, solenoid, and diffuser. It's also visually appealing, made of aluminum rather than cheap plastic. I'm running it on an 8 gallon fish bowl and the difference has been noticeable, plants are putting out thick, healthy growth. For such a small footprint, it packs a lot of value. Give it a try!

WOW! This is a great little setup. I had a larger F-Zone reactor kit and this works just as good as the big guys. THe value for the money is amazing as you can get new cartridges for cheap. No noise to speak of, I added it to an inline diffuser and it's crushing it! after jus about a week my tank has perked up immensely, beautiful greens and looks like more root growth and spreading. Well made, super durable and seems to be super well made. If you want an easy solution for CO2 I would go with this all day long!

I really love how compact this FZONE CO2 unit is. It fits perfectly next to my 10 gallon aquarium on my desk without taking up much space at all. It is very easy to use and a lot more economical than other systems I looked at. I added the solenoid to mine so it turns on and off automatically, which makes the whole thing super convenient. If you have a smaller planted tank and want something that works great and looks clean, this is a solid choice.

Great kit, includes everything needed to run C02 (for a while). While setting up my second 15-20 gal planted aquascape I decided to go with this kit instead of a C02 reactor that I use on my other tank. The kit is great, it includes a diffusor, tubing, regulator with solenoid and power supply, and a nice looking holder for the C02 cartridge. The regulator comes with 3/8" and 5/8" standard threads and adapters. The included cartridge brand new was in the middle of the green range on the pressure gauge. I'm not sure if this is typical. When I setup my CO2 reactor, I usually aim for the top of the green range to get maximum time between refilling. Time will tell how long this cartridge lasts, I'll post an update when I have time to run it empty. Buyer beware, the 80G replacement cartridges are difficult to find online. Apparently this is not compatible with UNS or Fluval 80G to 90G cartridges due to those using proprietary threads (according to Amazon AI, I didn't try myself). I suspect the only replacements on Amazon at this time are the 45G variety and tehse only last half as long. Regardless, the kit is very nice and a good value and I'm confident 80G cartridges will become available with a little searching. A couple of other notes, the include C02 diffusor is ok but requires a higher bubble flow rate and produces less fine bubbles compared to others I've used. I currently need to run 2-3 bubbles per second compared to 1 per second I use on my other tank. I'd recommend purchasing an alternate CO2 diffuser at your convenience, but this one will get you going quickly and still works, at the expense of draining the CO2 faster. I'd also recommend getting a check valve to ensure your tank doesn't drain on to your floor if the CO2 tube ever became detached.

I just set up this awesome little CO2 system for my 23G community tank. I wanted something small and easy (being a beginner with high-tech) just to give it a try and this system didn’t disappoint. The price was right and the setup was super easy. It comes with a bubble counter but I wanted a solenoid to turn it off at night. So I got this additionally. I also got the CO2 diffuser. So far so good. It looks very sturdy for its size. All quality metal no plastic. And it is so small I could easily put it in my bookshelf. See the postcard next to it in one of my photos. I already got another one for my other tank!

This is my second time ordering one. The first time when i received it, it was leaking the co2, so i reached out to the seller and they sent me a replacement. It worked great and still does, so i decided to finally get another one, which leaks again :( . I guess it’s a hit or miss.

I bought this for my smaller 2 1/2 gallon tank and it’s perfect for that. It’s very beautiful very well-made it’s made for smaller aquariums and as long as you don’t do the bubble count too high it should last you for quite some time at least a month maybe two if you do one bubble a second but for smaller tanks, you might get away with even longer. FZone is a great company. I have many of their products and I love them. Super affordable and well made products that come with the best customer service. They are fast and responsive if you have any issues just email them and they will work with you to diagnose your issue and if you need a replacement or a new part they will send it out right away. I can’t say enough good things about FZone. This device makes absolutely no noise and it is very easy to assemble. A quick note- before you attach the CO2 tank make sure the white plastic gasket is in place. Mine came with the gasket in a baggy and the instructions didn’t mention installing it. I think it may have been an oversight in production but it happens. Other than that make sure you use CO2 tubing because regular airline tubing will not work because of the pressure of CO2. Also buy a drop checker device so you know how much co2 is in the water. Start slow and keep an eye out for fish gasping at the surface, thats a sign they are getting too much co2. It’s recommended to also keep an airstone attached to an airpump to keep oxygen in the water. Don’t be intimidated just do some research and you’ll get the most beautiful results with your plants and the fish thrive when the plants thrive. I would recommend this product for any nano aquatic enthusiast. I would recommend buying a nano diffuser as well. Thank you again FZone for another great product!

I want so badly to give this 5 stars, but unfortunately I cannot. I bought this for my 5G tank. The setup is actually pretty simple. Only problem is that I had to put this solenoid and canister into a vice grip just to get it to puncture. I lost so much co2 with the first canister. After it punctured, the co2 worked perfectly! Problem is that the co2 ran out super fast because of the puncture issue with the first canister. I bought the proper co2 replacement canisters and once again, I cannot get these damn things to puncture. I've tried everything. I cannot do this every time I need to replace the canister.

Great simple little CO2 system, I use it for a nano-cube in my living room where I don't want to run a full, heavy CO2 setup and it worked great. The 45g cartridge provided only lasted about 1 month at roughly 1bps but for a good looking compact setup I can't fault it too much.

Works well for nano tanks. Very simple to setup and also easy to replace CO2 cartridge. Life of the CO2 is roughly 1 month. Overall a good product and an excellent way for beginners to get into CO2.

This actually works perfect perfectly. So much better than the fluval I bought. Do not think twice about ordering this item if you want a simple CO2 bubbler for a small planter tank.

Product works great, cylinder wouldnt connect properly but FZONE customer support helped me out If the cylinder doesnt work for you Fluval cylinders work just fine!

This system is perfect for nano tanks. Extremely well made and packaged well. Instructions a bit lacking but customer service is exceptional. Much easier to watch the instruction videos on FZone website. Already ordered the diffuser and solenoid.
