This is my second butler broom and I’m happy with this one so far. It’s sturdy and was easy to put together. It’s a little heavier than my last one because it’s metal but it’s not too big of a problem. I will say the one thing that I’ve noticed is that the broom bristles are a little more stiff but hoping they’ll loosen up a bit the more I use it.

Works great. The two parts snap together when not in use making it easy to store.

My wife and myself have looked for a good broom and dustpan in many stores. This one worked out very well. We like it very much. It literally does a great job and you don't have to worry about keep trying to sweep the little things into the dustpan because it sits flat and it goes right in. We love this room and dust pan combo. I recommend it highly

So you open up your new broom. You easily assemble it because it was designed for a child to put it together. Then you start to compare it to the $10 broom you bought from Walmart. The first thing you notice is that the broom head is much smaller. You start to get nervous - did I just waste $27 on an inefficient broom? Can I return this without paying shipping costs? Oh man, what a mistake. But you figure your floors need swept and your $10 broom is broken. "Man I shouldn't have been lazy and just gone to Walmart today" is what you start thinking as you go to make your first broom stroke. Then your entire world changes. This broom glides like a metal sled on packed, icy snow. Woah. That was easy. Almost fun. You go to make a second stroke over the same spot you just swept, because that's what you did with your Walmart broom. But wait! All the dirt an dust was swept up with just one stroke. You have a visible look of confusion. What is going on. You continue sweeping, realizing that even though the broom head is smaller than you are used to, it's easier, better, and overall more fun. At first, you were just going to sweep the kitchen. Then at 8pm on a work night, instead of making dinner, you find yourself sweeping the guest bedroom that gets cleaned maybe once every 2 months - because it's so easy and fun! Finally, you go to sweep your dirt pile up into the dust bin. Oh here we go, the sad song and dance where you just keep trying to get all of the dirt into the pan even though half of it refuses to go in. But like a gift from the Gods, one stroke and it's all in the bin. Wow! You can't believe it. For those of you wondering why buy a $27 broom when you can buy a $10 one from Walmart, trust me, this is worth every penny. I would have spent $50 on this broom.

Overall, this broom and dustpan set is decent. It’s easy to assemble, feels solid, and the compact design is convenient. However, I do have some important observations. Starting with the broom, the bristles are quite soft and flexible. Because of this, they tend to push debris forward instead of collecting it efficiently. It’s manageable, but not ideal. The main issue is with the dustpan. The built-in comb that’s supposed to remove hair and debris from the broom doesn’t work well. The spacing between the teeth is too wide and the hooks are too short, so they don’t effectively grab and remove debris from the bristles. Because of this, when trying to clean the broom by passing it through the comb multiple times, the debris doesn’t fall properly into the dustpan. Instead, it ends up bouncing onto the upper surface of the dustpan, which means you have to sweep that area again. Additionally, when attaching the broom to the dustpan for storage, the broom tends to lean slightly forward due to its weight. I’m not sure if this could eventually cause it to fall over time, but it is something that raises concern. I mention this compared to a similar set I owned before from another brand, where this feature worked much better. Overall, it’s a functional product with good build quality, but the dustpan design could definitely be improved.

I had the oxo dust pan ordered off Amazon it’s white with a rubber edge. I realize after using this one, it’s way better without that rubber edge. It’s stores perfectly between my fridge snd freezer I don’t have to move back the dustpan snd try sweeping again like I did the OXO. This one is way better. One shot and it’s all in.

Ou o produto adquirido é falso (bootleg) ou a marca sequer está se dando ao trabalho de enviar seu próprio produto em uma embalagem que a permita ser identificada(nada, nem um cartão com o nome do modelo, manual de montagem, SAC, nada). De qualquer forma estarei devolvendo imediatamente! Em anexo "tudo" o que recebi e a respectiva "embalagem". Nada coerente com uma vassoura de R$ 199,00.
