Product is A++ Delivery terrible
Great product, Dr. recommended to help fight migraines and it really does help! I just wish whoever (USPS) delivers would would STOP dumping my packages on the driveway instead of a safer place like my porch behind the column like UPS and Fed Ex do!

No more canker sores!
Last year I started getting super painful canker sores on the sides of my tongue every few weeks. When I got one, talking, eating, and swallowing became sooooo painful. It was literally making my life so miserable. It was impossible to enjoy anything. After doing some research online, I learned that lack of Vitamin B2 could cause canker sores. Out of desperation, I decided to give this product a try and started taking one pill a night. What? Really? Ever since I started taking this vitamin pill a few months ago, a single canker sore has not come back to my mouth. I am so happy that I gave it a try!

Least additives I could find
This is the same B-2 sold at our local co-op, but at a lower cost. Ingredients are:Riboflavin (100mg)Rice FlourGelatin (capsule)Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source)SilicaI would like to see the last two eliminated, but could find no B-2 that doesn't include them; most include more "filler" ingredients than these.My 11-year old son weighs about 100#, and on the instructions of our neurologist, takes 300mg (3 capsules) per day (adults take 400mg/day for migraines I believe), as well as D-3 and Magnesium. This has lessened (not eliminated) the occurrence of migraines for him (from 2-4x/week to about 1x/week). We find that it's most effective to spread the dose out during the day, so he takes 1 in the morning, 1 at lunch, and 1 in the evening. He finds that taking it during a meal is important to avoid stomach upset. Be careful not to spill the contents -- it stains yellow.
