I recently tried the Reuzel Extreme Hold Matte Pomade, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with it. The citrus scent is decent, making the application process enjoyable. When it comes to hold, it provides a decent matte finish that keeps my hair styled throughout the day without looking greasy or shiny. One thing to note is that this pomade is quite heavy, so a little goes a long way - using too much can weigh down your hair. The best part is how easily it washes out at the end of the day, which is a significant plus for me. The tub is quite large, and with everyday use, I find it lasts me around 12 months, making it great value for money. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable styling product that delivers a strong hold with a matte finish.

Used to use Reuzel’s white tin but it never seemed to last the day and also smelt too minty to some (I liked it though!). Spoke to my barber about longer lasting alternatives and they suggested this. It definitely holds much better and lasts the day. It doesn’t feel greasy and also smells better, but I’m not sure what of! Also, and important for some, it’s very easy to wash out. Either way, I recommend picking this if you want something that smells nice but more importantly try holds your hair the entire day.

Was really pleased with the size of the product. A big container with lots of wax inside. The product itself gives you a firm hold, without your hair looking greasy. It also has a really nice vanilla like smell so it makes your hair smell great. You just need to make sure you take a small amount of product and rub thoroughly in your hands before applying it. This way it will not clump up in your hair. This is no different to other waxes however. The wax is also easy to wash out and isn't like oil based waxes which you need to use lots of shampoo etc to get it out. I wash with just water and it comes out fine. If you want a Vegan friendly product, that has a long gold and smells great, then this is for you!

Neither the box or tin was damaged, everything was ok. The price is absolutely superb! I suppose, it's because the expiry date was coming to an end, and I was afraid it would come dried out, but no, the product was excellent. Regarding the styling itself, the hold is strong, not too strong(water-based pomade after all), but is more than enough for short-medium hair(unlike, for example, reuzel fiber pomade that I had previously and which was medium hold at best and didn't hold my hair for more than 3 hours, so I was surprised) Finish is matte(unless your hair is slightly damp while styled)

Ive ordered this previously and it's usually a great product but this time im not sure what's happened to their quality control but when I opened the tin the pomade seemed to have dried up and shrunk and became rock hard! Very bad experience especially after I thought id found the hair product that works

Seems like a okay product, it just very expensive for the small tin you receive, it’s smaller than the photos. I won’t be buying again due to the size received but the product itself isn’t too bad
