Vitamin D is one of the only vitamins the body doesn't store, in the UK we only get sunshine for 3-4 months per year and no one has time to sit in the sun all day everyday.This is your daily vitamin D3, it is amazing and every household should use.I ordered this item on the 22nd April and it arrive on the 23rd April mid day.This is good stuff and this is my second order, i have my entire family using this vitamin and as it is in drops , i let the kids drop it in their actimel in the morning.My hair is growing,my skin does not feel as dry any more and it boost my energy.With K2 allows the body to absorb the vitamin D3 quickly and easily.I will not stop using this little gem.

We must all take D3 in our UK climate. Up to 5-6k per day to help muscles & joints. My yoga practice leaped forward after GP recommended taking this. I understand high dose of D3 without K can be poisonous. This product has both, so I do not mind over dosing! It tastes good too.

Since I been taking the Vitamin D combined with K2 drops on a regular basis especially during the winter months, the deficiency is no longer identified in my blood tests.

Handier than taking vitamin pills, will re order.
