I’ve tried so many allergy products over the years, but these nasal filters are one of the few that actually help. They’re small, comfortable, and surprisingly effective at blocking out pollen and dust. I could breathe freely without the usual itchy nose or watery eyes. The design is clever — once you insert them properly, you can barely feel them, and they’re not noticeable to others. The pack also comes with plenty of replacement filters, which makes it convenient and cost-effective. If you have seasonal allergies or live in a dusty area, this is definitely worth trying. It’s a simple solution that really works!

I genuinely feel like they make a difference. I have really bad allergies, and there are only so many places that I can filter the air. My dog also sleeps in bed with me. I've started wearing these at night, and then if I am outside on days when the pollen count is high. Occasionally I'll wear them out other places as well as needed. The filter is relatively thin, yes, but they still can trap stuff. They aren't going to trap everything, but even if it traps 90% that is a massive difference for people with allergies (I'd guess its more than 90%). You are technically supposed to throw them away after 8 hours, but I will rinse them with hypochlorous acid and let them dry and reuse them a couple of times. So far it hasn't been an issue. This isn't the type of filter that will trap gasses, so you'll still be able to smell everything through it. If your issue is fragrances (like plug in air fresheners) it won't do you any good. I'm sure it would help some around smoke/fires, but you'll still have some particles get in. It also won't protect you from viruses the way an N95 would. It probably decreases the total count, but don't rely on it. If you are doing it for allergies, you'll want to make sure you start wearing them before you're allergies get bad. If you get congested and have a runny nose, that will just ruin the filter (or at least you'll need to be rinsing and drying regularly. Definitely buy the sample pack first to find your size. Yes its expensive for essentially one working pair, but it will be worth it. And overall I do find them pretty expensive for what you are getting. I can't see these things costing more than 5 cents a pair to make, but in my eyes spending $10 a month or so to be able to breath is worth it. If you have the right size, its comfortable and easy enough to use. But that is why you need to try the sample pack. I personally don't have issues with them falling out. Totally separate bonus though, if you have trouble breathing through your nose when you sleep, these will open your airways up enough (assuming you aren't congested). If you don't need them when you sleep (or only need them at certain times of the year), but you other wise snore, pop the filter out and just use it to open up your airway.

Great in theory, but poor execution. 1. There should be a size in between the large and medium. Theres a big difference in the two which is unfortunate. That would be the PERFECT size 2. The filter essentially had a hole 3. Hard to adjust both sides correctly without one folding over if adjustments are needed I finally got both sides to fit in correctly, but the filter was coming apart and sticking out of my nose. Not cool. If you wiggle your nose it may move and it’s hard to get both sides back in without one side folding over. Tried all of them so many times. The biggest could work, but it pushed my nose out and looked weird.

I bought these to help prevent snoring and a stuffy nose at night. I bought this specifically to try the sizes so I could order more if I liked them. For me, the small was a good fit. I don’t really have allergies, but I wake up with a clear nose every morning I wear these. No smell, which is nice. They keep my nostrils open so I feel like I’m breathing much better, too. Quality is fine to me, not super cheap but not super stiff and long-lasting either.

I purchased these as an alternative to a full mask when traveling frequently for work. This was post-pandemic in 2023. Context - I am immunocompromised and travel for work to NY, Atlanta and LA regularly. I don't like to wear a full face mask as we all know now they can be a pain for various reasons but did want to try this as more discreet extra protection against germs/allergens when flying and navigating densely populated areas. Pros: Easy to place design Many sizes included - very important to use the right size (I have what I consider a "normal" size nose and wore a medium) 3M filtration is top notch Cons: Expensive Not reusable so once you find your size the others in the pack are useless unless you give them to someone else Looks like you have something stuck up your nose / draws attention Breathing felt abnormal entire time while using, you feel a slight blockage through your nose because its slightly impeding your airway Overall I really love the concept and I am not too worried about the vanity of attracting attention by the look of it (My health>looks from strangers) BUT I don't feel this worked very well. I had to constantly mess with it to feel as though I could breathe normally thus I was having to put my hands in and up my nose area which defeats the purpose of protecting against germs. It is disposable too so the price is not justified for a 1x use product. Do not recommend.
