It is heavy, which makes the muscles relax and smells nice. I min in microwave makes it nice and warm. Relaxes the muscles nicely.

This is one of the best items bought. When heated and put on the shoulders it relaxes the neck and shoulders and releases very good aroma .

Love this wrap! 2 minutes in the microwave and it stays warm for about half an hour. It's weighted, and conforms to your neck and shoulders. I have had electric heating pads, and for some reason, this type of organic heat works better.

Thick heavy (I'd guess 3-5 lbs) soft like rabbit fur so far very durable aiding in quick relief for soooo many issues. I suffer from severe migraines mostly caused by muscle spasms as well as fibromyalgia. I've used this both heated in the microwave, it comes with instructions and you HAVE to heat in increments to avoid burning, and at room temp. When heated it can be used any where on the body, recently used for an ear ache. I also use it at room temp when I'm holding alot of tension in my neck and shoulders, it's very calming and relaxing and helps me go to sleep on anxious nights. Also makes a great heating pad for that time of month. The uses are endless. This is a must have!
