I have been using this cream for around a year now, and it suits my skin (I have mixed skin, not too oily and not too dry). My skin is very sensitive and tea tree might not be suitable for some people but in my case it works well.

以前このクリームを購入し、伸びのいいクリームで使い心地がよかったので2本目を購入しました。 今回外箱が開いた状態で届きました。クリーム自体のシーリングは未開封でした。梱包の際中身を確認するためなのかもしれませんが、箱が開いた状態で手元に届くと安全性が少し不安になるので、箱をシールなどで補強していただきたいです。

I love this moisturizer
One of my favorite moisturizer! I have acne prone but dry sensitive skin and can’t use most “acne prone” products because they’re too harsh but this moisturizer works to fight acne and keeps my skin barrier healthy. I’ve ordered 5-6 times now. I hope it never gets discontinued.

It's okay, didn't work for me.
It's nice but didn't really help my acne. It's nongreasy but my acne doesn't really like this cream. I had high hopes.

⚠️not the same product as advertised
I’ve been using this Tea Tree Soothing Cream for over a year and have gone through at least 15 bottles. The original formula with the 5-Tea Tree Complex was soothing, lightweight, and consistently kept my acne-prone, redness-prone skin calm and clear. What I received this time, however, is completely different—new packaging, different ingredients (3-Tea Tree Complex), and no notice of reformulation. The texture still feels light, but after using it I developed breakouts and rash-like pimples, which never happened with the original. This is not the product being advertised. Very disappointed and won’t be repurchasing unless the correct cream is being sold again.
