I do. But that's me. In the food biz refrigerate everything. The sauce is delicious by the way. I bought 4 bottles

Q: what is the different between this and the green and yellow bottle?

I haven’t tried the green/yellow bottle but I’ve found that it has green chilis and doesn’t have rhyme whereas the red is made with red peppers and does have thyme. I really enjoyed the smoky flavor of this one.
