Made My Bologna Turn Out Fantastic
I used this curing salt for homemade bologna and had excellent results. The cure dissolved easily into the water and mixed thoroughly into the meat without any issues. The finished bologna developed a consistent cured color throughout the entire batch, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
