Ease of taking: They're soft capsules, a manageable size, and they haven't caused nausea, which I've had with other brands. They have a slight vitamin scent, but nothing unpleasant, and they don't leave a bad aftertaste.

I thought I was helping, but the ingredients are alarming. Cheap chemical forms.
I bought this product thinking I was helping support my wife's pregnancy, but when I took a closer look at the ingredients and saw the Cyanocobalamin content, I was extremely alarmed. How is it possible that a product meant to help form a human life contains a molecule of cyanide? As a husband who thoroughly researches what goes into my family's biology, here is my honest and serious review of why this prenatal is not the healthy option it claims to be: To cut costs, this brand uses Cyanocobalamin as its source of Vitamin B12. While medical science considers this microscopic amount of cyanide "safe," the human body cannot use it directly. A pregnant woman's liver has to waste valuable metabolic energy separating and detoxifying that cyanide molecule before it can even absorb the vitamin. During pregnancy, the body should receive the natural, bio-identical version (Methylcobalamin), not a cheap synthetic chemical that requires internal filtering. The Synthetic B-Vitamin Shield (A Major Flaw): A baby's neural tube development depends heavily on Vitamin B9, but this bottle uses synthetic Folic Acid (clearly listed as 800 mcg of Folic Acid). Many women have a very common genetic mutation (MTHFR) that prevents their bodies from processing this lab-made version. This means the chemical can just float in the bloodstream without being properly absorbed by the cells. You want active Methylfolate, not synthetic Folic Acid. Low-Absorption "Rock" Minerals: Instead of using chelated minerals (which are attached to amino acids so the gut easily absorbs them as food), this formula uses oxides. The ingredient list includes Magnesium Oxide and Cupric Oxide. This is basically low-grade crushed rock. The cellular absorption rate is terrible, and in the case of magnesium oxide, it usually ends up acting as a cheap laxative that just irritates the digestive tract. Presence of Common Allergens: The pink panel on the box boasts about being free of many things, but if you read the fine print in the allergen declaration, it clearly states: "Contains: Fish (anchovy, sardine, tuna) and Soy". It contains Soy Lecithin, a highly processed ingredient that many families strictly avoid during pregnancy to maintain clean, high-quality nutrition. This product is the classic commercial multivitamin full of shortcuts. It has a long list of nutrients on the label, but it utilizes the cheapest and hardest-to-absorb chemical forms on the market. If you truly want to protect your baby's development and your wife's health, do yourself a favor and invest in clinical-grade supplements that use methylated nutrients and chelated minerals. Do not compromise on nutrition during the most important time of your lives. I will be returning this.

Highly recommend
I took these religiously while pregnant. Never upset my stomach and seemed to lend a helping hand in giving me and my son what we needed as my numbers were always normal for pregnancy. Definitely a bit pricey but does more than others on the market.

Easy to take and gentle on the stomach
These prenatal vitamins are easy to take and donโt upset my stomach, which was really important to me. I like that they include key nutrients needed during pregnancy, and the added choline is a nice bonus. The pills arenโt too large and have no strong aftertaste. Overall, a reliable option for daily prenatal support.
