What is the serving size?

1 capsule equals 500 mg. i take one capsule after i eat supper for my sugar cravings. it does the job for me. this has helped me a lot. sometimes my sweet tooth gets the better of me. i read on the internet where L-Glutamine helps with sugar cravings. i am diabetic so i was really glad to know i could take this and NOT medication .

It is Vegan, as it says Veg. Capsules...NO Gelatin

Is there powder inside these capsules? Can the capsule be easily opened so the contents can be divided in half?

yes...these are capsules with powdered version of L-Glutamine inside.

What is the source of gelatin? Is this Halal?

Good stuff

Having the gut issues I have from time to time I was always searching for a more natural route for relief and healing. Someone mentioned this and I gave it a shot after some research. Sure enough, it worked perfectly. I noticed a significant difference within 10 days which is par for the course. This is a healing supplement that repairs gut linings and ended discomforts in my life.
