Gets under the shoulder blade knots perfectly. Very sturdy and easy to use! Totally worth the price. It works better than anything i’ve tried. 10/10

I bought this a while ago because I have really bad scoliosis. It definitely can help get some knots out of my back. However I have a bigger chest and I'm not sure if that's the reason or not but it can't fit around my chest when I'm trying to get my lower back. I'm not sure if people with a smaller chest have this issue too or not. I ended up getting a massage gun and feel like it helps way more than this. I still use it sometimes when I'm trying to target a specific area; but I would say get a massage gun instead.

Should have listened to what the other reviewers say. It really is too small to hit all the spots in the back. I'm 5'7" and lean, and it is not nearly as easy as the theracane form factor. If you're a bigger person, you're only going to hit your traps. I gave 4 stars for pain relief because I'm a smaller guy. Likely will be less stars for someone larger. --I like the bigger ball on this. --The double nubs is kinda fun running it down the back of your next. --I like the simplicity of design. --I don't like the pamphlet it came with. Woefully useless and reassures you it was made in a country far away. Should have snapped a photo of it. Maybe it's shorter and thus more transportable, but do you want to hit all the knots or not? Spend slightly more and get the right cane.

I love the size and length. I have a possible tear in my rotator cuff and going to PT. I have knots in the upper shoulder and I was told they use something called TheraCane to get knots out. I looked at the different types of these devices and the TheraCane. I like this small size opposed to the other longer ones. It works great and easy to hang on to. I am small and slender and fits my neck and shoulder area well. My husband is 6ft weights 200 lbs so he is bigger and he can use it easily as well. The devise is very sturdy and I def think it would take a lot to break it.

I had rotator cuff surgery so my therapist advised me to get this pressure point hook. Its ok and it hits the pain points but it doesn't seem to relieve my pain. Wish it had the end balls that roll. I still use my tennis ball for a little pain relief . It probably works better for just a massage and not pain relief. It is easy to use and great if you don't have a partner who is willing to massage you. For the price I paid, it is a bargain since other hook canes were over $20.00. .

Was so happy when it arrived and it’s a very strong plastic. Feared it would flex when I used it but it doesn’t. It’s even better than the one I tried that inspired this purchase to begin with

It’s shorter than I thought. It's hard to reach the middle of my back, but I can get my shoulder blades. there is a longer version, but it’s a bit spendy
