Probably nothing wrong with this--just didn't like it was well as different brand. I was using both before I got my last B12 test which was fine so no way to tell any difference except the taste.

I have been unable to absorb other formulations, pills and small pills under the tongue. This sublingual form raised my levels beyond normal at 4 drops so I had to drop down to one drop. If you have difficulty with absorption from food or pills this is a great alternative to getting injections.
