Bought these to take at bed time for sleep quality and to reduce sleep disturbance. I take this and magnesium both at bed time and when I forget I usually can tell the difference!The Thorne brand is a bit more expensive due to the high quality of ingredients, but worth it! If I'm going to buy again I will get this brand!
