I will say it’s very decent *for the price*, and I would buy again! The night vision is especially cool, it catches things in the dark pretty well. I also love how wide of a view it has, and while it’s giving 2012 android phone camera, that’s exactly what I’d expect for the price. The battery life is okay, but I usually just opted to keep it plugged in full time. It’s also super convenient that it’s magnetic!!! The main issue is I got this to monitor my pets while at work, such as when my bunny had surgery, and it disconnects frequently for seemingly no reason. :( The worst part is that when it disconnects, you have to manually reconnect. So once it disconnected, I’d be out of luck until I got home. The app is also not the most user friendly and it’s riddled with sooo many annoying ads. Setting it up was easy enough, but I’m young and pretty technologically competent, so it may not be as easy for everyone.

Great product, but you have to pay for recording anything, and should come with a charging cord and block. Make sure you have an extra and extra long charging cord.

I bought this kind of impulsively after getting paranoid about random noises outside my apartment (thanks, true crime podcasts). Didn’t think I’d actually set it up right away, but it was super easy. Literally just stuck it to a metal shelf and it hasn’t budged. The video quality is super clear, even at night, and I like that I can check in from my phone when I’m out. It’s not some complicated high-tech system, but that’s what I like about it, no subscriptions, no weird wires, just does what it says. Only downside is the battery lasts around 4 hours on its own, so it’s not ideal if you’re looking for 24/7 wireless use. That said, I just leave it plugged in and it works perfectly. If you want something low-key and easy that gives you peace of mind without a whole setup process, this is it. Honestly surprised it’s not more expensive. Highly recommended!
