It was shipped to me within hours of my placement of the order.This one has a few lesser number of tabs (60 nos as compared to 80 by Baidyanath which ships from India), but this one ships from Houston so reaches the customers faster.Ayurvedic medicines are not had for "taste" but for their medicinal benefits. So as is the case with many ayurvedic medicines, this one too might be a little distasteful (to the nose not to the tongue). But I swear by the effectiveness of ayurvedic Medicines, they work wonders and work on the root causes instead of working superficially.If I am not wrong it can be had as a tonic too.

Fantastic medicine. Good, clean product direct from India. Some cramping in bladder area occurred after three days of full recommended dosing but, ceased when dose was cut in half. Will continue to purchase this and include in regular regimen.

I take Armour thyroid for Hypothyroidism and it just wasn't enough. I had joint pain and still felt low energy. I felt better the first time and have now taken it for about 2-3 weeks and my joint pain in my shoulder is all but gone. I have a lot more energy and I feel alive again. Been taking this for 6 weeks, as adjunct supplement to Ashwagandha, Triphala/Trikatu and shilajit, with a goal of fat burning, detoxifying, anf increasing energy. (2 tablets, 2x/day taken at least an hour after meals accompanied by warm tea). I must say, this regimen really works! Adding Kanchnar guggul noticeably accelerated the pace of my weight loss, which had stalled, and it noticeably improved my energy levels for stepped-up gym workouts.My research says that Guggul should be taken only for 6 weeks at a stretch. I'll be concluding this round in a couple weeks, but can already vouch for its efficacy.Highly recommend this formula!
