Yes there is some on there. However $5-$8 is a good investment on getting a better or quality thermal paste. Who knows what kind or what quality is used.

It is definitely NOT an arm cortex processor. The seller may list it wrong as an arm cortex processor. But the processor itself works perfectly with X670 or X670E motherboard.

What's the performance of the integrated graphics? we can expect an 7600g?

If all your doing is office work, than the integrated graphics are a fine option. For gaming, however, they will not be able to keep up with modern titles. You would be better of purchasing one of Nvidia's 16 series gpus. They are very affordable, especially when bought used.

Is it worth upgrading from a 5600X to this 7700?

If money is your biggest concern, than stick with 5600x as it is a very good cpu, especially for the price. If not, than the 7700 is a great upgrade and is definitely worth it.
