No it does not fit any of the motorized carts.

Q: Anyone with the 4 wheeler bagboy quad xl using this? Does it fit well?

As best I can discern, based on an internet check, the dimensions are Quad XL 24" x 17" x 16" Quad 24"x 17"x 16". My source was the BagBoy Website for the Quad and and Amazon for the older model. I have two friends that own the Quad XL and they appear pretty much identical, with the difference being some of the design features, but looks like the same basic frame

Q: Could the detachable seat also fit in this bag?

I do not have the detachable seat, but given the bag fits the quad cart with not much extra room unless you can nest the detachable seat within the quad cart I would venture no.
