I'm confused by the reviews. Does this product have 10 individual bowls with ingredients inside each bowl?

I think they lump all of the reviews for the product together. This particular item has 10 individual bowls.

So these are not the all in one bowls? Why does it show it being those?

These are the all in one bowls. You just add water, microwave, stir in the package and voilà; you have Easy Mac!

I was looking for cups to microwave at work in cold weather. Several people commented the cups were not as pictured. Are there any cups?

If the product you have selected says "cups" (either microwavable or single serve), then it comes in individual cups. If it doesn't say "cups", then it is merely packaged in individual serve packets.
